Assessment Consultation
This session is to gain information and personal history and identify your specific goals. It is also a session where you can ask any questions about me or hypnotherapy and decide if it I can realistically assist you. No hypnosis is used in this session. Therapy is offered on a one-to-one basis, but if you would like to bring a relative or friend with you to the assessment session, please free to do so. However further sessions will be on a one-to-one basis.
Free 20 minute consultation
Smoking Cessation
£ 99 for one session lasting approximately 1 hour . (with free backup session if required within first two weeks )
Suggestion Therapy
£35 per session (45 minutes). In suggestion therapy, simple suggestions are made as to how the patient can think, feel and behave
in order to resolve their problem. One or six sessions required for simple problems such as pre-test nerves, confidence boosting, motivational programming.
Relaxation/Stress Buster Therapy
45 minute session consisting of visualiations and relaxation techniques.
