What happens next?
The next step is to arrange your free 30 minute assessment consultation.
This session is to gain information and personal history and identify your specific goals.
It is a session where you can ask questions about me or hypnotherapy and decide if I can realistically assist you. No hypnosis is used in this session.
In further sessions we would begin by talking about how things have improved since the last session, and then continue to work in hypnosis.
At each session there will be a chance for feedback and to assess and re-evaluate how well you are progressing towards your goals.
What is suggestion therapy?
In suggestion therapy, simple suggestions are made as to how the patient can think, feel and behave in order to resolve their issues. One to six sessions are usually required such as confidence, self-esteem, motivational programming, pre-test nerves.
Can I bring a friend?
Therapy is offered on one to one basis, but if you would like to bring a relative or friend with you to the assessment session, please feel free to do so. However, further sessions will be on a one to one basis.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
You will not need to bring anything with you, unless you wear contact lenses. In this case, you will be asked to remove your lenses for hypnosis, so it is useful to have a container of solution to store them in.
What about medication?
If you are currently taking any form of medication then we may need to write to your doctor before embarking on a course of treatment.
How do I pay?
Fees are paid in full prior to the session commencing. Payment can be either paid by card or cash. Unfortunately at this time cheques are not accepted.
