We would begin by talking how things have improved since the last session, and then continue working in hypnosis. At each session there will be a chance for feedback, and to assess and re-evaluate how well you are progressing towards your goals
Appointments
Appointments should be made by telephone. A minimum of 48 hours notice must be given for cancellation or the full fee may be payable.
General Information
You will not need to bring anything with you, unless you wear contact lenses. In this case, you will be asked to remove your lenses for hypnosis, so it is useful to have a container of solution to store them in.
Special note
If you are currently taking any form of medication then you would need to seek permission from your doctor before embarking on a course of treatment
